  • Just watched the show on Food Network. Not happy! Flay didn't even make a southern biscuit and jam. Would rather have seen an "apple to apple" competition. A pepper topped yellow biscuit and a marmalade against a good ole' white southern biscuit and southern jam or jelly. Bobby might have been a little more humble and admitted that he couldn't make a southern biscuit better than Carol Fay. Let's put it this way... my wife and I will drive to Nashville for Carol Fay's biscuits, but not for that yellow one we saw on the show.

  • A southern Biscuit is a Southern Biscuit where did he come up with his recipe ? I was verrrry disapointed with his presentation . It was like cooking black eyed peas and comparing a Flays recipe of southern mexican refried beans. You Go Girl !
